Now deciding on the home design for their new homesite at Pasadena, the Spittal family are excited to move to Pasadena.

After securing one of Pasadena's exclusive neighbourhood precinct house and land packages, first home buyer Jessica Tunstall is excited to be building at Pasadena.

Purchasing with Porter Davis Homes, within their new neighbourhood precinct Jessica said she saw the house and land packages as a great and affordable opportunity to break into the property market.

" I am so happy to now have my foot in the door of the property market – the Pasadena / Porter Davis house and land option offered a great package price and with just a few available I just thought, go for it.

" When I found out about Pasadena, I just thought it was a nice set up and good area and now I am really looking forward to having my own home there," Ms Tunstall said.

Among the first to buy at Pasadena were Ian Earle and Jeanette Robinson, pictured left. "We really love the site. Our lot looks out over the valley and back across to the Dandenongs, which will give us a fantastic scenic view,'' Mr Earle said.

''We have been looking for over six months and really wanted a place that offered a nice out- look, yet is close to facilities. Pasadena is well located with the shopping centre, medical centre all planned nearby."

Villawood Properties executive director Tony Johnson said Pasadena was a great new land option for buyers in the south-east.

"With strong demand at Pasadena and follow- ing the first selection of lots being snapped up by a range of eager home buyers, we have brought forward the Trickett release.
