Pasadena Park
Located within stage three at Pasadena, ‘Pasadena Park’ will become a beautiful central feature of this new community.
Incorporating a children’s playground, barbeque shelter and seating areas, Pasadena Park will be a great place for families to meet and mingle with neighbours and friends.
Pasadena Park will be one of the first community features to be constructed within the Pasadena masterplan and is anticipated for completion early 2012.

Hill Farm Park
Located on the Clyde Fiveways Road-side of Pasadena, this new community will feature a unique hilltop park, ‘Hill Farm Park’. This will be the highest public park in the Clyde area and will provide fantastic panoramic views.
To recognize the significance of this traditional farming area, Hill Farm Park will include a commemorative of the original nineteenth century farmhouse Hill Farm as its central feature. This elevated community park will offer great scenic views as well as a series of walking tracks connecting the residents of Pasadena.
