Pasadena is comprised of a mix of 499 land allotments as well as a variety of community features offering residents central spaces to relax and enjoy an active lifestyle.

The masterplan includes two major community parks which are completed by a selection of smaller parkland reserves and walking tracks.

As a tribute to the historic nature of the Pasadena site, a heritage listed landmark, a nineteenth century cottage, is retained and the feature of a one hectare parkland within this new community.
