Braving the cold and wind to purchase one of the very first land lots released at Pasadena during August, Lisa and Josh Spittal are excited to be building in Clyde.

" We just love the area and there is so much coming, with the new schools and shopping activity centre planned we will be so close to everything," Lisa said.

Currently living in Cranbourne, with their son Blake, Lisa and Josh are looking forward to the family lifestyle Pasadena presents.

" The parks will be great as our son grows up and with all of Pasadena's great features, we are really looking forward to living here.

" We were looking at both established houses and land and once we saw Pasadena in Clyde we just had to find out more. The land was affordable for us and we jumped at the chance to build our very own home," Lisa said.

Now deciding on the home design for their new homesite at Pasadena, the Spittal family are excited to move to Pasadena.
