Construction Updates

Villawood Properties is pleased to announce that titles have registered for Stages 1, 2, 3 & 4 with settlements due to commence in mid March. We expect to see our builders move onto site in April to commence construction of homes within the Display Village and on Stages 1, 2, 3 & 4.

The warmer weather has meant that our contractors have been able to make a huge amount of progress, with Stages 4 and 11 civil construction works now well progressed.

Landscape works have commenced on our Pasadena Park with works to follow to include the entrance wall, shelter area and extended playground. Final landscaping works will include the finishing touches on the park.

Construction on the Display Village is now underway with a number of builders commencing works on their homes. 
Stage 11A civil construction works is now complete with title registration expected early may, with settlements to follow.Stage 11B is following closely behind.
Works are now well underway on stages 6A & 6B and our contractors are making great progress despite the recent wet weather conditions.

We anticipate that titles will be issued as follows:

Stage 1 – March 2012 - Titles released

Stage 2 – March 2012 - Titles released

Stage 3 – March 2012 - Titles released

Stage 4 – May 2012 - Titles released

Stage 11A – May/June

Stage 11B – May/June

Stage 6A – August/September

Stage 6B – November/December

Stage 13 - December/January
